Embracing Joyful Simplicities
Year by year the complexities of this spinning world grow more bewildering and so each year we need all the more to seek peach and comfort in the joyful simplicities of life. ~Woman's Home Companion, December 1935

As we have taken this simplicity journey, little things probably have began to mean a lot to us. We begin to leave a legacy for those who know us: our children, our significant other, our families, our friends.

Life is not an endless round of cake and champagne. It is not perfect. But we must continue to delight and find the perfect moments.

Instead of rushing through your day, take a moment to stop and be grateful. We need this just as much as we need clothing, food and shelter.

Today's challenge: Ask someone what their simple  joys are for the day. Share yours with them.

Today's exercise: Write down 10 things you are grateful for in this moment.
