The Daily Dialogue
I will write myself into well being.~ Nancy Mair

Have you ever discovered that your mind will grab hold of a single thought like a pit bull with a bone and not let it go until your exhausted?

Groan and forget.

When something has taken hold of you, write it down. Write out the daily dialogue with yourself and then walk away.

It will clear your head and calm your spirit.

In the beginning you might be shocked at how much complaining you do, but as you go through the 21 days, you'll get tired of your own nagging and be inspired to get moving.

Today's challenge:  Try writing your own daily dialogue as an experiment for 21 days (that's the length of time something becomes a habit.) It doesn't matter when you write, how long it is. Repetition is the key.

Today's exercise: Write down 10 things you are grateful for in this moment.
