Take a deep breath and relax. The good news is that you HAVE NOT lived up to your full potential yet.

Today or as soon as you can go to the bank. Withdraw $25 in all $5 bills. Place them in all of your coats and jackets and get on with your day.
When you find that treasure again, remind yourself that each day is a step closer to finding your fortune.
Today's challenge: Start to treat yourself more generously. Begin with $5. Buy one beautiful flower for your desk, enjoy a pastry with your coffee, get some wonderfully smelling shampoo.
Today's exercise: Write down 10 things you are grateful for in this moment.
